Wow, OK, so this Sony Ericsson T610 takes really bad pictures… I’ve never really taken pictures with it (and removed them from the phone) before, so this does come as a bit of a surprise. Ho-hum. Maybe it was the lighting, and the fact that I was probably shaking out of anger when I took the picture, that caused it to look so ugly…

I can’t find any solid info on how many (mega-)pixels this phone’s camera is. I suspect it’s along the lines of 0.01 megapixels though…

I just uploaded a better picture of the damned money thief. Take with my Canon A10 (I know, I know, type for an upgrade). Side by side we can see which is the better digital camera eh?

This picture was taken with my Sony Ericsson T610 (I actually don’t like camera phones, but hey…). I read D’Arb’s entry on photoblogging, and how he use qmail, perl and bash to get his blog photoblogging enabled by sending his MMS pictures to an e-mail address. Well, recalled that WordPress has an email2blog feature, and poked around the code.

I eventually found John Blade‘s version of the WordPress mail2blog script. I ended up editing it a bit, and along with some stunnel’ing and a new (secret!!) gmail account, I now have phone2blog functionality too… The pic of the bike was just a test, (Apparently it’s the first and only Ninja ZX-6R in the country at the moment…) and it’s standing right outside the offices where I work.
